Hi, I’m Beth – the founder of Beth Courtney Bookkeeping, a fully remote bookkeeping firm based in Wilmot, Ohio.
I started this business to combine my love of numbers and technology with my passion for helping people, making bookkeeping simple and stress-free for small business owners.
My journey began in high school, helping my parents with the bookkeeping for our dairy farm. What started as lending a hand quickly turned into a real interest in numbers, organization, and using systems to make things run more smoothly. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in a variety of business roles, including field rep and account manager, as well as time spent staying home to raise my kids. Each experience gave me a deeper understanding of how businesses operate and taught me the importance of organized systems, accurate records, and practical solutions—lessons I now bring to every client’s books.
Today, I focus on helping small business owners take the stress out of managing their finances. As a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, I bring both expertise and proven tools to my bookkeeping services, helping keep your business finances organized, accurate, and easy to manage.
What makes my approach different is my focus on clarity, consistency, and simplicity. I believe bookkeeping doesn’t need to be complicated or stressful, and that belief guides everything I do for my clients
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time on the farm, getting my hands dirty in the garden, or diving into a good book.
